The Soakettes are trained and equipped with the skills and knowledge to create your beauty greatness on a daily basis. Alone we are smart, but together we are more awesome!
Michelle Harraway (owner) started her first beauty salon way back in the 80s, when naughty women puffed elegantly on their cigarettes while having the lengthy sculptured nails done, when recycled hot wax was all the rage, actually a Brazilian wax was very new, facials consisted of yoghurt, kaolin & cucumbers masks, electrolysis was the new laser hair removal and a 30-minute sunbed session was all part of your day. As beauty therapists, we thought we were pretty great then… now after a wee few years and some great experiences and a lot of change, we have a wealth of knowledge with all ages and stages in the world of beauty.
From our ever-evolving apprentices to our leaders in their field, the Soak passion and culture is taught professionally, embracing our loyal Soakers for decades.
We love working with and learning from our clients, as every treatment is unique and great things never came from comfort zones. We will keep you well updated in the world of beauty, bringing you the best in Wanaka.
