Arrival Time for Treatments

Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time for your appointment as arriving late will not only lessen your time spent with us, but the effectiveness of your treatment also. You will be happier than a turtle on a escalator …..also please leave your gumboots at the front entrance we like to keep it tidy.

Express Treatments

We appreciate many clients are short on time and we are able to accomadate this so please let us know when making your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel your treatment. Please give us 24 hours notice. Otherwise a 50% cancellation fee of your full treatment will be charged.The salon answer phone service is available for bookings and cancellations, facebook and instagram if you prefer.

No show Policy for Treatments

We understand that sometimes its not possible to make your appointment, we can’t remember everything all the time …right. But out of consideration for others , we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment.

Consultations

Soak Day Spa consultations are complimentary and are there to provide information, education, assess suitability for treatment and discuss and agree treatment expectation. They may vary depending on the client individual needs and following treatments.

Consultation are for: Botox, Dermal Fillers, Brow feathering.

Cosmetic Medicine Standard Terms

All cosmetic injectables treatments are under the guidance of the Vein & Skin Clinic in Wellington. Vein and skin will not treat anyone under the age of 18.

Body treatments

its up to you to let us know if you are uncomfortable with having any parts of your body massaged. please alert your therapist before you being. Remember, if you are shy, you can just wear underwear during your massage. If you are really shy, you can wear a space suit. ( please reserve ahead of time, space suits supplies are limited.) You may experience a little discomfort the day after a good massage, especially if you don’t get massage often. don’t worry this is normal, some old kinks may have been worked out during the treatment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available and are valid for one (1) year from date of purchase or as printed on the voucher for the treatment or amount specified. The voucher may be used for treatment or product offered by Soak Day Spa to the dollar value.

Gift vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other special promotion or offers, and not included with the Vein & Skin Clinic Days. Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases, so your gift voucher should be kept secure. Soak is not responsible and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of a lost or stolen Soak gift Voucher. There are no discounts given on the purchase of gift vouchers. Product Return and Replacement

Unopened products in their original packaging will be accepted for a refund if returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Makeup products will not be accepted for return/refund. All unopened retail products will be given to the store manager to assess the reason for return and determine if a refund should be given. Any goods that are faulty can be returned in original packaging. Soak must be notified of any such damage within three days of purchasing.

Pricing

We supply goods and services in New Zealand, so all goods on our website are advertised in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. We reserve the right to change advertised prices at any time before your order has been processed and payment accepted.
